CHICAGO (April 17, 2024) – Second Century Ventures, the National Association of Realtors®’ investment arm and a leading global real estate technology investor, has welcomed eight new companies to its 2024 REACH program. Since its inception in 2013, this initiative, now in its 12th cycle, aims to fast-track tech innovations for the U.S. residential real estate market.
Mark Birschbach, NAR’s Senior Vice President of Strategic Business Innovation and Technology, said, “The REACH scale-up program is driving significant innovations by merging technology with real estate. The 2024 cohort includes a varied group of companies addressing all phases of the transaction process, from initial agreement to final closure. These companies have collectively garnered over $55 million in investments and support over 300 employees globally.

The companies joining the 2024 REACH program are:

- Final Offer: A consumer and agent-centric negotiation platform that updates all parties with real-time, clear offer notifications.
- Kukun: A platform providing homeowners and related industries with real estate data, analytics, and applications.
- Notable: Offers straightforward pay-at-close financing for clients needing to prepare their homes for sale.
- Purlin: Uses AI to transform real estate agent conversations into transactions, streamlining interactions with settlement service providers.
- Scout: Assists agents in identifying and connecting with homeowners through AI-enhanced, personalized email campaigns.
- Trackxi: A collaborative tool for tracking deals and tasks involving real estate agents, teams, clients, and consumers.
- Unlock: Aids consumers in leveraging their home equity without the need for interest or monthly payments.
