Second Century Ventures Announces 8 Companies for 2024 REACH Scale-Up Program

CHICAGO (April 17, 2024) – Second Century Ventures, the National Association of Realtors®’ investment arm and a leading global real estate technology investor, has welcomed eight new companies to its 2024 REACH program. Since its inception in 2013, this initiative, now in its 12th cycle, aims to fast-track tech innovations for the U.S. residential real estate market.

  • Purlin: Uses AI to transform real estate agent conversations into transactions, streamlining interactions with settlement service providers.
  • Scout: Assists agents in identifying and connecting with homeowners through AI-enhanced, personalized email campaigns.
  • Trackxi: A collaborative tool for tracking deals and tasks involving real estate agents, teams, clients, and consumers.
  • Unlock: Aids consumers in leveraging their home equity without the need for interest or monthly payments.
